Terms of Purchase

1. Digital products only

Liquidex Sourcebook supplies digital research products. All products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped, and no physical goods are sold.

2. One-time purchase

Each edition is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal. Your purchase applies to the edition supplied at the time of sale.

3. No obligation to provide future updates

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, purchase of an edition does not include future editions, revisions, or ongoing updates.

4. Licence and permitted use

Purchasers are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered research for their own internal business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, repackage, or otherwise make the research available to third parties, and you may not reproduce substantial portions of the databases or directories contained in the products.

5. Third-party information

The products reference independent third-party suppliers, platforms, and businesses. Third-party information may change at any time and is outside the control of Liquidex Sourcebook.

Third-party suppliers are independent parties. Purchasers are responsible for performing their own due diligence before contacting, transacting with, or relying on any third party.

6. No guarantees

Liquidex Sourcebook does not guarantee supplier legitimacy, inventory, availability, product quality, pricing, profitability, margins, or any commercial outcome. The research is provided to support your own independent evaluation.

7. Document templates

Any document templates included with a product are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal advice. You should seek qualified professional advice before relying on a document in an actual transaction.

8. Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, digital products that have been delivered or accessed may be non-refundable.

9. Intellectual property

All research, compilations, workbooks, guides, and templates supplied by Liquidex Sourcebook remain the intellectual property of Liquidex Sourcebook and its operator. Purchase grants a use licence only and does not transfer ownership.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquidex Sourcebook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the research or from any transaction with a third party. The products are provided on an "as is" basis.
